About the environment:

Astley Grange is a purpose built nursing Home that offers the latest facilities that allow residents to easily get around the building with ease.

We have a number of rooms to meet individual's requirements such as:

• Comfortable rooms with TV, DVD, nurse call system, personal telephone and wireless internet access (WiFi)

• Adjustable electric ( profiling ) beds with residents control handset

• Bath and shower facilities for individual needs

• Wheelchair access to all areas within the home and garden

Lounge & Dining Facilities:

• We offer a variety of communal rooms for the residents to enjoy. There is a large dining room where residents can enjoy a relaxed dining experience with others, and enjoy a glass of wine if they so wish. We can also obtain take-aways for the resident if they so wish, along with the option of dining in their own room. In the summer months, the dining room also allows access to the gardens and we can offer them seating outside in the summer months.

• The lounge is comfortable with a large conservatory attached giving the option of the resident to sit inside the lounge or in the sun area. This also opens up to the gardens with a decking area for the relatives to enjoy the garden.

• Astley Grange also has another lounge on the first floor available for anyone who wishes to spend some quiet time reading or a place to chat with relatives.
